Your ‘day to day’ As a Manager Quality Integration & Culture, you will deploy, maintain & coordinate a coherent and effective Corporate Quality Management System (QMS) framework for all PMI functions & entities under scope and ensure applicable external mandatory and voluntary requirements are reflected in the QMS as per business need & regulatory requirements. You will also help grow the QMS where needed, while governing interlocks with other PMI Management Systems, and drive Quality Management principles that add value across the organization while promoting Quality Culture mindset. More specifically, you'll • Review, internalize & deploy applicable mandatory and voluntary requirements within the QMS and lead deployment strategy for Corporate QMS changes & growth through effective project management and teams’ coordination. • Govern the structure and taxonomy of QMS, ensuring minimum requirements for content and balance standardization with fit-to-purpose across business units & product categories. • Lead interaction and coexistence with other management systems in PMI to ensure clear content, scope and boundaries with each system, avoiding duplications, gaps and inconsistencies (i.e. OPEN+, EHS, ITPF). • Coach teams to translate business practices in clear process requirements description and help simplify and ease application and usage of QMS tools for end-users in the organization, bringing efficiency and productivity. • Guide, train and advise QMS functional representatives & Management to ensure proper adherence & operation of QMS across organization. • Define, orchestrate and implement action plans with teams to drive improvement to Quality culture. • Use digital tools to drive QMS adoption and continuous improvement across the organization to facilitate business and Quality. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, specialization in Quality Management a plus. • Substantial working experience in quality management and good command of applicable international standards (ISO, GxP, ICH, etc) and quality system requirements. • Experience in a GxP environment in the consumer goods industry, high volume electronics or pharmaceutical a plus. • Highly collaborative, integrator, strong communicator and influencer with strong business awareness, creativity and fact-based analytical and problem solving skills. • Able to work in a multifaceted organization and fast-paced environment. • Technical writing skills, ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner. • Good knowledge in IT systems, infrastructure environment and tools. • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
