TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type : Permanent - Work location : Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Manager Digital Comms. & External Engagement is responsible for raising the awareness of the non-combustible products category and building the corporate reputation in digital channels to support the company's business goal and the vision. He/She manages annual communications calendar and budget to maintain overall positive presence of the company in both new media and among 3rd party stakeholders while strategically reaching target audience. 1) Build and implement a 360° integrated communications strategy in consistency with the global communication direction and in relevance with the local strategy 2) Ideate and create digital-friendly content for new and emerging media 3) Analyze and measure the result of digital communications from various source such as standard digital communications indicators and PMI’s global/local market research data (i.e., Data Science), and continuously enhance the company’s digital presence based on quantitative and qualitative insights 4) Manage external agencies and budget to reach the target audience at optimal cost 5) Orchestrate local and global projects (e.g., search engine paid campaign) with the RHQ/OC counterparts to benefit both market and global strategy 6) Engage and activate 3rd party group to echo the harm reduction message from various channel along with PMI voice 7) Build and maintain healthy relationship with external stakeholders 8) Collaborate within Communications team and with cross-functional teams and allocate resources to develop the integrated communications strategy for the company WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor’s degree in Majoring in Communication, Marketing or Public Relations preferred from University or above - 10 + years’ experience in digital communications, digital marketing, corporate PR, marketing in B2C industry company (international company preferred) - Minimum 3 years of sole Digital Communications experience especially contents creation planning, strong experience in managing contents creations vendors. - Experienced in complexed stakeholder matrix including top management team. - Strategy & plan building, project management & deployment, issue verifications and solution building skills. - Strong analysis & insight extraction skills on the complexed situations and data. - Strengths in Customer Focus, Collaboration, Agility, Innovation with Purpose and Communication - Fluent in Korean and English (Both written and verbal) - Competent user of MS office and understanding on digital communications tools and platforms (Yammer, Sharepoint) is preferred.
