In this position, you will be the Product Lead for PMI’s People & Culture (P&C or HR) CRM system (Salesforce Service Cloud). You will need to have a 360-degree view of the overall needs and expectations of our community of stakeholders and act as the main conduit between the business and technology teams. You will need to represent the ‘voice of our Employees’ and ensure business and technical requirements are translated into feature developments, leading to maximized product value. You are responsible for the design, feature backlog and product roadmap. You will work “hand in hand” with our matrix organization to recognize the differing needs and where appropriate, prioritize requirements and transform them into product enhancement / future roadmaps items. Your ‘day to day’ • Plan and prioritize enhancements by managing product backlog through close collaboration with colleagues from IT • Develop ongoing training and communication approaches to drive consistent and effective adoption of the tool • Design solutions & processes that adhere to key design principles on employee centricity and operational efficiency • Ensure issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner • Strengthen collaborative relationships with external vendors such as Salesforce Client Success Teams • Build alignment with other streams such as Finance, Workplace Experience and IT, to ensure we can leverage our architecture and technology capabilities across functions • Partner closely with development teams to ensure roadmaps and backlogs are understood, visible, and clearly linked to business value • Monitor overall product adoption and gather feedback on enhancement ideas that can be used to drive further action planning • Discover best practices internally and externally for continuous improvement and innovation • Work in close collaboration with our Service Delivery organization to maximize efficiency opportunities Who we’re looking for • Previous experience of building CRM strategies and working with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP and SuccessFactors • Excellent technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is desired • Product management skills: developing, managing and prioritizing a roadmap and backlog, considering competing business needs • Keen on problem solving, design thinking, & user experience – ability to generate creative solutions to specific customer problems using design thinking • Has passion for customers, curious, & able to prioritize & plan to juggle delivery tasks What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
