We are currently looking to hire a Digital Content Manager to join our team in Stamford, CT and play an active role in the biggest transformation in the history of our company. In this role: The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for helping to implement PM US (IQOS) consumer-facing content strategy across all digital channels (websites, social platforms, paid media and eCRM, etc) Produce & recreate time-sensitive content daily to all the digital channels, including websites, social platforms, paid media and eCRM Collaborate with all stakeholders to plan the content, brief requirements, and creative asset calendar with the goal of elevating the brand and improving quality of sales. Work in close partnership with the global content team to reinforce the Americas regional strategy and align on wider brand priorities. Determine visual layout of products by leveraging data-driven performance trends, while adhering to guidelines provided by the worldwide content department.t Ensure that quality standards are met for both existing and new projects (utmost attention to detail is required) Provide constructive feedback to Digital team in regards of visuals, pictures, texts, animation, UX, etc. Client Centric & Excellence Coordinate website updates with other departments on local Digital team (E-com, Marketing, Client Services, etc.), as well as Marketing team in HQ Maintain up-to-date calendar of upcoming updates/animations, keep track of the updates, communicate to cross-functional teams Proactively monitor Google Analytics to track editorial content performance. Work experience: -2-3 years of experience in a marketing, editorial role or content production -Strong creative writing skills and a keen sense of design and visual esthetics -Experience working in CMS environments. -Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills -Ability to multitask and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment. -Experience managing and collaborating with internal and external partners -In-depth knowledge of social media landscape and digital marketing best practices -Prior experience supporting global business partners and global accounts for organic social, paid social and market specific global platforms a plus -Experience working with social calendarization, analytics, and listening tools like -----Dash Hudson, Google Analytics and Brandwatch a plus Annual Base Salary Range: $115,075-$150,450 Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
