E-Commerce to join our team in Stamford, CT and play an active role in the biggest transformation in the history of our company. In this role: This role will report to the Head of digital marketing and help bring IQOS brand positioning to life by crafting local strategies with a focus on digital media and partnerships. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager with a background in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) who can drive recurring revenue and subscription strategy through a focus on data, site experience, and conversion rate optimization. This role will manage multiple ecommerce sites and will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience across all channels. This position will support the global marketing strategy and lead the development and implementation of coordinated marketing and media campaigns with the key objective of increasing brand awareness in the Americas. Developing and executing an ecommerce strategy that drives revenue growth through a focus on subscription and recurring revenue models. Using data to analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to optimize site experience, increase conversion rates, and improve customer retention across multiple ecommerce sites Overseeing the management of multiple e-commerce sites, ensuring they are always up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly Working closely with cross-functional teams; Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to build a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints and ecommerce sites Developing and managing budgets for e-commerce operations, including advertising spend, content development, and technology investments for multiple sites Continuously supervising and optimizing the ecommerce sites to ensure that they are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new e-commerce initiatives across multiple sites. In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around: Loading Time, Conversion rate, A/B tests completed Work experience: -Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on CPG -Desired 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central Experience or comparable -knowledge/experience. This means you must know Seller Central inside and out. Everything from flat files, inventory management, FBA process, reinstatements, case filing, Amazon PPC advertising, brand registry troubleshooting, basic Amazon SEO, etc. -Proficiency with an E-Commerce platform, experience with Shopify is a MUST -Experience with direct reports and management. -Proven track record of driving revenue growth through subscription and recurring revenue models -Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform business decisions -SEO proficiency -Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams -Experience managing budgets and forecasting revenue. -Front end development technical skills are a plus -On-hands experience with ecommerce tools, including AWC, Optimizely, and GA4 -Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices for ecommerce sites Annual Base Salary Range: $115,075-$150,450 Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
