We are currently looking to hire a Digital Media Manager to join our team in Stamford, CT and play an active role in the biggest transformation in the history of our company. In this role: This position will support the global marketing strategy, lead the development and implementation of coordinated marketing and media campaigns. The key objective of growing brand awareness in the US market. This role will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and help bring IQOS brand awareness by crafting region/local strategies with a focus on digital media and partnerships. Support Head of digital marketing with brand campaign and media planning efforts, with a focus on paid, social, video, display and other digital media platforms Lead the day-to-day relationship with media agency and media vendors for all digital media buying, curating placements Support the setup, implementation, and optimization of brand media, including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube Develop and lead media plans and marketing calendar Partner closely with the Acquisition manager to review all lower funnel tactics and support development and resizing of all creative assets Lead all copy development for email newsletters and ad campaigns Lead the coordination, resizing, and delivery of marketing and media creative, including internal reviews with VP of Marketing and HQ creative teams Process, submit and document vendor invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices Support marketing and media by pulling reports and stats on campaign performance, extract insights and takeaways to be applied towards future activities Work experience: -5 years or more in a digital marketing leadership role -4-6 years digital marketing experience; preferred on clients side for product/FMCG companies -Hands-on experience with image and performance campaigns (PPC, CPA) -Hands on experience with Paid, Earned, Social and Affiliate marketing tactics -Experience in using website analytics software, social screening tools, marketing automation (Google Analytics, Omniture, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc) -Ability to multi-task, adapt, and pivot in an outstandingly fast paced environment -Experience with regulated industries is a plus (Tobacco, Vaping, Alcohol Pharma, Biomedical, etc) -Role located in Stamford, Connecticut (Hybrid) 2 days in Office Annual Base Salary Range: $115,075-$150,450 Education: -Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
