Your ‘day to day’: You will… • Lead and run overall B2C strategy and execution in a specified region to generate trial and positive word of mouth for the product portfolio. This role is essential for new product launches, new brand introductions, and improving overall brand equity for existing brands. Consumer engagement also supports the future launch of innovative products and aids in promoting engagement activities (trade shows, sports events, etc.). • Lead, manage, and develop the comprehensive B2C strategy in the specified region, leading all aspects of execution, operations, and budget management. Collaborate with the B2B team to identify and complete suitable B2C engagement opportunities outside of traditional marketing areas. • Supervise and lead external consumer engagement agencies, as well as indirect agency headcount, full-time brand ambassadors, and part-time brand ambassadors for strategy execution. Monitor, assess, and drive the performance of external agencies and brand ambassadors through important metrics and incentive plans. Lead a team consisting of full-time and part-time members. • Lead and monitor contracted marketing outlets (contract negotiations, critical metric setting, tracking, etc.), ensuring the maintenance and development of strong partner relationships as a competitive advantage. Continuously expand the contracted portfolio of outlets and identify potential new outlets to drive engagement, particularly in untapped areas. • Organize and implement adult-targeted events and campaigns, from start to finish (governance, budget proposal, agency collaboration, marketing outlet cooperation, brand ambassador coordination, etc.). • Design, develop, and monitor digital B2C platform initiatives to achieve a greater contact base for market research purposes and conduct surveys as needed. • Participate in and lead projects as directed, such as commercial launches, brand initiatives, and more. Who we’re looking for: • College/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related discipline. • Minimum 5 to 10 years related experience in event management, marketing, music, nightlife would be required. • Experience with FMCG, tobacco industry would be preferred due to high regulations/restrictions • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to interact well with both internal and external parties, vendors, and trade partners daily. • Great time management and people leadership skills for both internal and external parties • Outside of the box thinking and commit to results • Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese, both written and verbal What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
