Your ‘day to day’ As a Security & Market Safety Lead, you will supervise the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Security and Market Safety systems and programs in accordance with the company’s principle and practices, management program, legal requirements and recognized best practices; in order to protect people, business, assets and reputation. Supervise Fleet Safety initiative, by controlling and preventing fleet related crashes, injuries, or fatalities to employees and third parties. Your Responsibilities include Leadership: • Implement and supervise the function's strategy, objectives, plans and budget execution. Ensure that the core security & market/fleet safety activities are aligned with business requirements. Ensure the execution complies with Company's and local OHS and fleet safety regulatory requirements. Provide inputs to continuously improve performance, by developing upgrading new/current procedures, guidelines and best practices. Lead problem-solving activities coaching on standard problem solving tools to solve the problems on the line(s) related to materials and processes Management Arrangement: • Develop, implement and monitor the security & market/fleet safety management system and programs, and strive for improvements to protect people, business, assets and reputation based on company principles and practices and applicable regulatory requirements, and to ensure that programs and procedures are adhered to and responsibilities are communicated and are understood. Risk Management: • Perform and support the local security, market and fleet safety risk assessment and execution. Provide input for the risk mitigation action plan. Execute and supervise the mitigation action plan execution. Perform annual risk assessment review and gap analysis. Contribute to the production and the maintenance of local security/safety guidelines, procedures and emergency response plans. Program Delivery: • Respond to and report security & market/fleet safety incidents as per the program requirements. Support the root cause analysis for security and/or safety-related investigations, and the corrective action plan implementation. Perform/supervise yearly program health checks, ensure gaps/non-conformities are addressed with controls, and follow up implementation. Training & Communication: • Deliver and supervise all security, market safety and fleet safety training programs. Produce and keep up-to-date training records as per PMI and applicable OHS and fleet safety legislation. Ensure that all corporate or local security & market safety programs, documents, plans and training are duly communicated, remain current and available to local staff. Performance and Reporting: • Gather, process and consolidate all security/safety data including incident reports, KPIs, audit reports, budget expenditures. Review and validate all aggregated data before uploading them into reporting systems. Incident and Emergency Response Management • Develop, implement and test emergency response protocols in order to protect people, business, assets and reputation from natural and man-made disasters.. Manage security & market/fleet safety incident investigation, analysis, reporting and retain incident records in order to identify patterns, causes and provide guidance/ recommendations to prevent incident reoccurrence. Manage Third Parties: • Select, appoint and manage local third party service providers in conjunction with procurement and Security & Market Safety Management. Ensure third party service provider's performance consistently meet all PMI requirements and standards, by developing a comprehensive KPI measurement and monitoring system, regular performance review, and effective reward/penalty mechanism, while at the same time maintaining effective coordination and service deliveries. Who we’re looking for A college or university graduate with Professional Certifications and/or Occupational Trainings. Preferably an SO3 (Accredited OSH Practitioner) and a PCO practitioner. You have at least 5 years of experience working in corporate, operational security environment or related area preferably gained in an FMCG company (supervisory experience is a plus). Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required. You must also be amenable to travel throughout the region with occasional trips outside the region.
