Within the scope of the Reverse Operations team, contribute to the 2025 global PMI target, extending the reach of PMI's Reverse Operations to all live Risk Reduced Products. The onboarding team plays a very important role in implementing the department's strategy, coordinating local markets and cross functional stakeholders. Thanks to the detailed knowledge on moving returned electronic goods, the team supervises activities relevant to adherence to local and global regulatory frameworks, logistics, IT, finance, operations, contractual deployment. The ultimate goal is to ensure that all markets can ship devices for Repair and Recycling activities to our central Reverse Operations Hubs. This also entails activities to maintain the markets in the position to ship, maintaining and monitoring compliance in time and extending to all new products. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain / Project Management / Business administration / Sustainability, or equivalent expertise • Experience managing cross-functional projects, as well as dealing with Legal, Trade, Logistics and Compliance matters • Ideal work experience entails having worked on recycling, refurbishment, and sustainability projects, and/or with consumer electronic goods • Knowledge of electronics product life cycle and logistics flow • Knowledge of end-of-life programs on electronics a strong asset • Strong learning and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills, ability to handle confidential information, strong soft skills, high level of organization • Willingness to occasionally travel if requested • Microsoft Office skills WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • Cafeteria Program • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Extend the reach of the CIRCLE Reverse Operations program to further Reduced Risk Product markets • Guide a cross-functional local and central team through the process, ensuring the compliance to all relevant regulations, logistics readiness (contracts, licenses, systems) until the first shipment of returned devices is performed • Ensure that markets participating to the CIRCLE program perform all required regular activities to maintain compliance and readiness • Address regulatory requirements and changes as appropriate, guiding the stakeholders in the process • Support the Reverse Operations team on relevant projects as required, as project manager and Subject Matter Expert. Assist central Sustainability & Supply Chain team as per area of expertise • Address and escalate technical and non-technical items that require further attention • Guide cross-functional, multicultural teams through the requirements of handling, transporting and processing returned electronic devices for the purpose of inspection, repair and recycling • Guide external suppliers and consultants as Subject Matter Expert • Provide regular reporting on the status of the projects followed to the team and the management. Monitor and manage tasks and activities maintaining them within the planned timing • Obtain on a timely manner all necessary documents for new products, in line with their compliant return for processing • Understand the overall Sustainability targets driving the mission of the team and support them through proactive initiative and acquiring the necessary expertise • Carry out all activities to ensure that all PMI compliance, standards, policies and law relating to these activities are fully respected, integrated and understood by all stakeholders • Prepare and maintain documentation, presentations, and reporting as required Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
