Join us in this new role and you’ll be part of our local Digital labeling team in Philip Morris. Digital labeling IT-analyst will contribute to execution of PMI strategy by analyze and resolve all incoming requests related to Digital Labelling (medium to large and/or cross-functional), compline to business need through the application of project management practices. You will also develop, foster and demonstrate inclusive, collaborative behaviors that will transform the culture for long-term success. === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === • Operate, analyze, and lead all issues related to Digital Labeling. • Support all Departments in PMI with process changes/adaptation. • Incoming requests, complaints, issues distribution from/to Business. • Lead collaboration with CRPT in order to maintain sustainable operations. • Understand business needs, define requirements, propose efficient solution. • Run and build a flexible, agile and innovative IT organization that attracts. • Drive communication and co-ordination for the success of the problem and provide status reports on a regular basis. • Monitor and measure results and provide constructive feedback. • Resolve complex related issues by analyzing, identifying and facilitating the emergence of solutions leading to efficient resolution. • All incoming requests registering, analyze and prioritizing. • Readdressing, registering and status monitoring with CRPT/Inexto/iMark. • Delay and risks escalation. • Ensure sustainable process for ticket resolution. • Escalation matrix execution. === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === • University degree / Masters in computer science or equivalent. • Sound experience in delivering and supporting system solutions in large and international company. • Excellent understanding of key IT delivery processes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Database - MS SQL Administration, Queries, Reporting. • MS Server administration basics. • Power Shell scripting basics. • MES systems basics. • ERP systems basics, SAP knowledge will be an advantage. • Electronic Workflow ("ЭДО") basics. • Track and Trace systems knowledge will be an advantage. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. • Fluent in Russian, both written and spoken. === WHAT WE OFFER === Our success depends on the men and women who work with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
