Purpose of the Position: Act as a strategic business partner and principle point of contact for one or two sales regions and head office functions of Commercial Operations by deploying key P&C strategies, solutions and services aligned to local and functional requirements, providing consulting, decision support and change management services to ensure organizational effectiveness and to build value and competitive advantage through people, enabling business objectives to be met or exceeded. Accountabilities 1. Propose to Head of Functions to develop and implement P&C strategies that support the achievement of overall business goals. 2. Design and implement plans and initiatives that support P&C and Commercial Operations objectives. Ensure the effective identification and deployment of all key P&C products, services, and solutions to meet local requirements and business needs. Advice Field Sales & Commercial Operations on effective organization design to deliver business results and provide pro-active support to plan and implement business transformations or strategic organization change programs. 3. Act as Business Partner for leaders in Field Sales and Commercial Operations. Support, Coach and advise them on all P&C areas such as leadership, managerial effectiveness, employee engagement, Compensation, Benefits, International Assignments, T&OD, OE, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Cultural Change and Workforce Planning to ensure development of themselves, their teams, and the Commercial Operations to enable the achievement of business goals. 4. Support Line Managers with the application of P&C processes, principles, and practices and with all employee life cycle events. In conjunction with other P&C teams, facilitate the delivery of annual cycles including functional talent and My Performance reviews and calibration meetings, undertake analyses and identify appropriate tools, programs, and strategies to strengthen functional capability and managerial effectiveness. 5. Keep updated on all aspect of the new operating model and Organizational Transformation. Serve as Change Enabler, by providing proactive support for Sales & Commercial Operations to successfully plan and implement business transformations such as PMI Leadership Model and other strategic cultural and organizational change programs. Act as a Project-based Organization catalyst by maintaining up to date knowledge of Fast Forward methodologies and using these when facilitating and participating in functional and cross functional project teams. 6. Keep up to date knowledge of P&C developments and market trends including all Local labor law, policy and union issues. Monitor external trends and internal developments, coordinate with other relevant P&C teams for the design or delivery of specific initiatives and solutions. Provide tactical and proactive advice on issue resolution and mitigation of potential future issues. 7. Participate as a P&C team member by contributing to P&C initiatives and projects across all P&C departments. Actively participate in P&C meetings and support the transformation of P&C operating model across the business. 8. Ensure compliance with all PMI and PMJ policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines. Requirements ・ College/University degree, preferably - Psychology or Human Resources ・ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably within an international environment ・ Understanding of organization to collaborate cross functionally ・ Experience with key HR processes and solutions, negotiation and communication skills, coaching and mentoring skills, OD and OE experience, change mgmt. experience, strong collaboration skills, ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast pace environment. ・ Experience with internal/external social partners is optional #LI-WA1 #LI-DNP #LI-DNI
