Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will support the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC) in Hong Kong. • Manage day-to-day supply planning processes that fall under short term/ mid term Cycle • Liaise with Synch Hub Planning, Packing Hub and business partners to optimize/balance global demand and supply, meet output reliability target. This includes leading the communication with related stakeholders. • Ensure the supply delivery of EMS/ODM/OEM is on time as per agreed shipment plan and managing their operational performance. • Collaborate with MP team in computing the materials shortages list, review and give highlight on the possible buildable plan per version per EMS • Collaborate with stakeholders in optimizing supply aiming at minimizing out of stock via balancing/prioritizing supplies among countries/variants • Liaise and monitor the required production is installed as well as ensuring EMS/ODM/OEM reserved enough materials to meet forecast. • Enhance the quality of the deliverable in terms of timing, data accuracy (i.e. new variants, Special/Limited Edition, swapping old to new variants are well coordinated); • Support continuous improvement in the supply planning process to achieve operational excellence and flawless end to end supply planning. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer/Business Statistics • Minimum 4 years or above working experience in Supply chain on areas of Demand & supply planning, thorough understanding on end to end supply chain process, having exposure to multinational & electronic environment are preferable. • Good communication skills in both written and spoken languages in English, preferable with bilingual language in Mandarin / Cantonese. • Functional skills: Good knowledge in planning tool (i.e. SAP or E2Open); Excellent MS Office skills [particularly Excel – including creation & analysis of large database] and knowledge of Power BI is preferable • Action oriented, Rational thought with sense of urgency, Problem Solving Attitude, Capable for working independently, Eager to learn and willing to listen for new ideas , Flexible and adaptable in an changing environment What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
