Your ‘day to day’ You will work as a 12 months’ fixed term contractor to support Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. in Hong Kong. You may be required to be engaged by a 3rd party service provider to be assigned to work at PMAL. As Strategic Project Lead you will be part of the Planning team and will support the initial phase and start-up of key Electronics Operations strategic projects. Strategic projects are characterized by a high degree of cross-functional and cross-departmental complexity and high visibility to senior management. In this role you will • Design and develop KPI dashboards to track the project progress • Network with the cross-functional team to ensure data owners timely provide data in order to regularly feed the dashboard and update the KPIs • Extract meaningful insight from KPIs and drive management attention to key issues • Proactively propose issue’s resolution by analyzing, identifying, and facilitating recommendations • Ensure accuracy of the KPIs and compliance to the highest internal standards • Define and document new operating models and processes needed for excellent execution of the project • Develop long term strategies and objectives for the project Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain or equivalent • 5+ years in supply chain analyst/ planning with strong data generation and analysis skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) and with good understanding in process mapping and report generation. • Experience in electronic development/ manufacturing/ quality/ supply chain environment including long range planning • Good Project management is a plus • Proficiency in English (written & oral) • Good reporting and presentation skills • Strong risk management and mitigation skills.
