Your ‘day to day’ You will work as a 12 months’ fixed term contractor to support Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. in Hong Kong. You may be required to be engaged by a 3rd party service provider to be assigned to work at PMAL. You will support the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC). You will manage post product launch projects include (but not limited to) Product (electronic device) phase in/ out, product modification, Packaging, ECN, End of Life, component spot buy or related technical activities. Responsibilities: - Lead and support execution of the project assigned by analyzing, identifying and facilitating recommendations to achieve optimal solutions on cost/ time/ quality. - Drive and coordinate with different functions to work out qualification and action plan on alternative materials, track and trace and monitor the usage of materials in production. - Perform BOM Configuration at PV/ SKU Level as part of Project Execution - Cascade specification and instruction to manufacturing partners via ECN and ensure monitoring and proper execution. Who we’re looking for - Bachelor degree in Engineering. - 5+ years project management experience in electronic manufacturing, electronic product development or supply chain project management. - Experienced in Risk Management, Project Planning and Control; Ability to map and control vital processes in the project cycle. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good command of English and Chinese.
