You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ As a Line Lead, you will lead the assigned production line(s) with 24 hours accountability to deliver business results according to the company strategy. You will manage, plan, lead activities of production lines in compliance to Sustainability, Quality and Legal requirements. You will contribute to the strategy definition (linked to Open+/IOS) for Business Unit, supporting Business Unit Manager, and ensure its deployment on owned production lines. Your Responsibilities include • Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards and guidelines related to the quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS. • Guarantee production plans adherence and high consumer service level for the assigned production line(s). • Lead the Production lines DDS to ensure timely triggers and corrective actions are closed to improve the KPIs. • Ensure focus on delivering productivity targets by eliminating losses in processes related to uptime, DIM Waste, Yield, Overtime, R&M (repair and maintenance), utilities and environment. • Coach the self-sufficient team in order to guarantee a zero-loss mindset approach to seek and implement kaizens to save time, resource and money. • Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems according to the IMS and to support in the personnel skill/technical development of each team member in order to build ownership and team autonomy. • Lead the development of the autonomous/self-sufficient team as per Open+/IOS journey, focusing on ownership, capabilities building, digital maturity and leadership growth. Who we’re looking for You have at least a bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Engineering (or related engineering courses). You have at least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience working in a multinational manufacturing company. It is a plus if you are well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Practices (ie. TPM, IWS, IL6S, etc). You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good collaboration and communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required.
