WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are currently looking to hire a Supply Chain Digital Product Manager. The digitalization of the Supply Chain program is considered as a key pillar of the PMI's digital transformation, with the vision of delivering an attractive and consistent consumer experience, across multiple product categories and omni-channel. The ambition is to provide an integrated digital platform that enables a full end-to-end visibility and drastically improves the overall Supply Chain performance. One of our core challenges, as an established organization, is to realize and improve Supply chain KPIs supported by the right digital strategy. Our objective is to rapidly add new capabilities while managing the complexity of the overall Supply Chain Operations digital landscape. As a Product Manager, you will be help us by assessing business operating pain points and needs. You will evaluate what would be the best digital solution that can address these gaps. You need to work with the Product Owner to conceptualize future needs and scout for the right solutions and approach. Specifically, you will be responsible for: • Engaging with business stakeholders and translate business pain points and needs into actionable digital requirements • Responsible for evolution of capabilities and stability of BAU of the products that you would be managing • Identifying yourself as part of a ‘transform ‘organization and work with the ‘perform’ organization in supply chain to help achieve their key business objectives • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and product functionality and its relevance to business goals • Drive solution adoption and prescribe through the relevant hierarchy best operating practices using digital solutions • Partner with the IT organization to ensure on time deployment with the right quality and fit for purpose We believe, that with your support, we will help fuel growth and operational efficiency and power Supply Chain Operations with the right digital capabilities. WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT CANDIDATE WITH: • 8+ years of significant expertise in specific Supply Chain Management area(s) (ex.: SCM Planning, Logistics Execution, etc.) in an international environment • University degree in SC Management /Information Enterprise Systems/Business Administration with additional certificates (ex, APICS) degrees • Experience in transformational projects with digital roadmaps • Good communication skills and willingness to speak up MUST HAVE SKILLS: • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes: o Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Sales and Operations Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, MRP • Experience in planning operations in a functional domain like demand planning, supply & capacity planning, S&OP • Experience with integrating different supply chain solutions to support the end to end supply chain process • Experience with SCM solutions like: Oracle, E2OPEN, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, SAP APO / IBP • Analytics and KPI familiarity with experience of usage in decision making processes • Excel and power point NICE TO HAVE: A prior experience in Supply Chain IT consulting will be an added advantage WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Company car / or car allowance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Hybrid model (40% office in Krakow, 60% home office) opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
