Supply Chain Data Quality Manager

As Data Quality Manager, you, together with data owners and data stewards, will define data quality standards, drive data quality improvement initiatives, and monitor data quality across the organization to enable efficient value capturing from data. You will pioneer establishing and maturing Data Quality standards and capabilities within PMI. In your position you will work closely with broad variety of stakeholders, but, mainly with Supply Chain Ops, Procurement, CMRP (Central Material Requirements Planning), Fulfillment, Logistics Control Tower team, OSRD, EAD, IT, Manufacturing, Quality. You become a single point of contact for data quality issues escalations, and your role will be to connect right data owners and SMEs to thoroughly discover root causes and fix them. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree in related field • Experience in Supply Chain operations and master data management • Well-developed analytical skills and quality results orientation, strong data literacy • Previous experience in project management • Good communication skills, ability to deal with senior stakeholders • Knowledge in Master Data Management and Governance • Knowledge of SAP MM, advanced user of MS Office • Knowledge Power BI/ SQL would be an advantage • Expertise in Data Quality management • Previous background in Supply Chain IT consulting will be an added advantage • Fluency in English WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Company car or car allowance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • Cafeteria Program with Multisport card • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Organize and supervise data quality assurance processes in Supply Chain data domain • Develop and mature Data Quality control layers: Preventive, Proactive, Reactive • Looking after improving Data Quality dimensions: completeness, accuracy, validity, consistence • Set up clear roles and responsibilities between data owners and data stewards to fix data quality issues (e.g. P-value, product weight) timely and mitigate risks in the future • Align with stakeholders to ensure improvements of the data foundation where it creates the most value • Define, collect, and register data quality rules and standards • Lead the development of automated data quality reports in close collaboration with IT and Operation Strategy Results and Delivery, EAD, Capgemini teams • Proactively define, outline, address data quality issues to appropriate data stewards • Monitor achievement of goals and objectives for data quality management, implement and consolidate Data Quality KPIs and SLAs • Corelate and link Data Quality KPIs with Business KPIs to show value of good data quality and impact of bad data quality on critical business indicators, like OTIF, Delivery Optimization, Warehouse Utilization e.g. • Closely collaborate with Logistics Control Tower team to reduce Delivery failure rate, Increase Delivery optimization rate, prevent shipments delayed/non-processed due to issues with data • Encourage data quality initiatives by introducing appropriate standards and empowering users • Create SOPs for data quality, giving right direction for “to-be” process Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
