The Opportunity embark is our 18-month apprenticeship scheme, putting you at the centre of driving a smoke-free future for your local community. You’ll need to effectively manage your own time as we give you the space you need to deliver outstanding results, backed up with training and support from an industry-leading, multinational organisation. This unique, field-based and sales-focused role will give you the opportunity to experience a range of areas within our business – and earn a Level 4 Sales Executive HNC qualification. You’ll need to think on your feet, be able to educate and manage expectations of retailers, be determined to succeed and resilient enough to see it through. Are you up for the Challenge? A large portion of the role is getting to know your local community, so if you’ve grown up in the area – or have a great working knowledge of it – you’re already well on your way to success. We’re looking for people: • With a valid UK driving license (that you have held for a minimum of 1 year. Don’t worry – we’ll provide the car, but your license is essential) • Who are 18 or above • Who have attained a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9–4/A*– C (or equivalent) including Maths and English However, we’re more interested in your passion and drive than the qualifications you have previously completed, so we welcome applications from all academic backgrounds. While we welcome applications from all nationalities, candidates must have the right to work in the UK and have experience of living/working in the local area. PMI doesn’t offer sponsorship for the embark apprenticeship programme.
