Your ‘day to day’ You will work as a 12 months’ fixed term contractor to support Philip Morris Electronics (Shenzhen) (PMES). PMES operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. in Shenzhen. You may be required to be engaged by a 3rd party service provider to be assigned to work at PMES. You will perform various testing activities and play a critical role in product development at our newly built Shenzhen PCB development lab. Major responsibilities: • Conduct tests according to established procedures, protocols, and safety standards; Record and analyze data from tests, documenting the procedures, observations and results. • Signal analysis: Analyze the electrical signals that are transmitted through the PCBs and performing signal integrity testing on the PCBs. • Perform PCB and PCBA prototype fabrication, PCBA rework for idea realization. • Maintain the essential operation of lab functions, including the basic Hardware rework tools, components; maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies. • Maintaining and calibrating lab equipment. Lead procurement activities on lab tools, include quotation of lab tool / equipment (HW, SW app), submission of quotations, vendor AVL account setup and following up until the arrival & installation of tool / equipment. • Battery cycling test set-up and data collection and compilation. Repair and upgrading device cycling jigs. Control and operation of battery level cycling in LEI GONG device cycling machines. • Lead components/ materials purchase for prototype. • Responsible of laboratory area, ensuring proper equipment maintenance (calibration, certification...) and fulfilling all EHS requirements. Who we’re looking for - Degree in Electronics Engineering with focus on embedded electronic systems. - Experience in write and conduct design of experiment. - Experience in quality/ reliability testing or electronics test support in an electronics laboratory. #Lijobs
