PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1) Envision the roadmap for DTE in India (Thought Leadership). Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to create a detailed blueprint of how to get to the stated objective. Design input & management of digital platforms (TASKAPP & Backend). Collaborate with OC, RHQ, IS team, Digital agencies to develop local market adaption of global roll-outs, updates of existing content, conceptualize & develop market specific new functionalities. 2) Continuously enhance the role DTE as a tool to increase FSF effectiveness. Work closely with business managers & field teams to better understand commercial needs. Co-develop ideas to better use DTE to drive business results. 3) Own the metrics of New Registrations, Platform Usage, and Task Compliance. Adhere to targets set as per business needs. Conceptualize ideas working with the Digital Agency to enhance the appeal & usability of the platform. 4) Setup & manage the Back Office for a seamless user experience. Work with agency to plan manpower requirement & team structure. Spearhead recruitment, training and upskilling the Back Office Executive on a regular basis. 5) Setup & manage the Back Office for a seamless user experience. Prepare reports/presentations for Senior Management updates at global forums. Plan and manage budgets allocated to programs and track ROI. Work Experience - 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/E-Commerce website development or Management/Brand Management/ Trade Marketing with an exposure to Digital Channel.
