Your ‘day to day’ As Sales Planning Executive, you will prepare comprehensive reports and analysis concerning current volume trends covering Direct Sales Distribution, EZD, and National Key Accounts to help the organization in making critical business decisions. Your responsibilities include: • Design and adapt reports, both for external and internal stakeholders, in line with the information needs of the Company, ensuring the most suitable communication platforms and providing and updating the content. • Design new ways of analyzing and forecasting data to drive more informed decisions at a management level, and also to ensure proper production volumes and timelines to avoid extra costs in logistics. • Work in close cooperation with the commercial information department in the preparation of information needed for the definition of the territories business plans as well as the monthly tracking of the territories KPI.
