WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree in Supply Chain, Trade, Economics or other relevant • 10+ experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain, or similar environment • 5+ experience in managing projects/ people • Subject matter expertise in the Order to Invoice domain, with solid knowledge & understanding of processes around Sales Order(s) Capture & Management, Fulfilment & claims &returns • A candidate with previous background in Order to Cash/ Supply Chain, preferably in running various deployment projects (incl. project planning &change management) • Previous experience in running Order to Cash: Order Capture/ monitor and fulfil operations would be asset • Comprehensive experience in developing the processes and systems related to servicing customers in FMCG and international company, incl. ability to closely collaborate with IT function and translate business needs into technical specifications • Comfortable with project-based/ agile work and able to build professional network within and outside the Customer and Consumer Solution function to successfully collaborate and solve problems, getting things done through formal and informal channels and navigate with high credibility • Outstanding Customer/Client Focus • Skilled with strategic decisions that prioritize the needs of the customer • Good problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, ability to take initiative and work with remote teams • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting), possibly including some user interface documentation skills WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, further education, optional language courses • Cafeteria with various benefits • Attractive medical care • Hybrid work & flexible working arrangements • Pension employee program • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Life insurance HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash B2B (Customer) Process Owner to join the Global Customer & Consumer solution team and own the Order-to-Invoice processes, driving process standardization and supporting the implementation of the new digital solutions, followed by technology in order to support global process designed and Target Operating Model for O2C B2B. The role will require skillful project management abilities, as well of deep understanding of Order Management processes and its’ connections to IT, Supply Chain, Commercial, Sales and Finance. • Developing the processes and systems related to servicing customers that belong to the Customer & Consumer Solutions, with focus on Order to Cash stream • Co- design with strategic partners in Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and IT the optimal Order Management process that best serve the PMI customers • Owning and governing global process for Order to Invoice, to maximize the value of service to customers, taking into consideration cost and risk appetite of the company • Coordinate the operational activities for order management and supply chain in an efficient manner, re- design them to maximizing customer satisfaction • Leverage customer and industry data to optimize the customer order • Support the cost optimization initiatives in Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial • Collaboratively manage multiple links within overall delivery functions to achieve process excellence in Customer Service • Serve as continuous improvement leader who can drive action to further business effectiveness and efficiency within the organization • Provide Best Practice in supply chain programs/ processes along with identifying cost reduction processes • Partner with IT O2C Architects to translate the customer requests and business requirements into an implementable solution within an agile framework • Use the Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain KPI to highlight the problem areas of the operation to the concerned management to improve the Order to Cash process Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
