Purpose of the Job: Responsible for the co-creation of the Incentives and Trade Programs for HET channel aligned with FSF & RTM. Support the deployment of HET strategy and interaction with GT & DZ by helping to define and follow-up the implementation of the tactical activities of FSF in the field, collect relevant info and help to construct the incentive programs to be implemented and follow-up to the production phase of the needed tools to improve the performance of the channel. It is important to emphasize that 10% of time should be on the field collecting data and opportunities. Ensuring the correct volume and interactions objectives are set, monitor the performance, evaluate results and assure the payments delivery to winner PoS. Responsible for the complete process of implementing these programs. Principal Accountabilities: Assure the implementation of all trade programs on the HET Channel. In charge of communicating on time to Commercial Planning all mechanics details, objectives, results and payments. In charge of calculating all targets and results considered for each scheme, considering participant sales areas, support brands, according to FSF commercial plan and marketing strategy. Giving the correspondent follow up according to each mechanics specifications. Continually assess of mechanics effectiveness in order to redesign adjustments to improve any process or scheme to increase effectiveness or improve implementation. Support to the commercial programs area on the construction of analysis, objectives & expected results. Guarantee the payment of every trade program implemented according to each payment's methodology, ensuring the correct and on time communication to the final rewarded clients. Continuous monitoring of available budget to ensure the program’s effectiveness and return of investment. Collect data from the field to generate improvements on the Trade Programs and possible adaptations to the strategy of the channel. Generate insights for future segmentations and smart investments. Get from the field opportunities on distribution through WS channel. Provide follow-up and continuous support (weekly, monthly and annual) in the performance of HET programs. Give full follow-up to the Allowences & TME budget executed in the commercial programs. Report opportunity areas and potential deviations within the budget and propose the corresponding action plans to ensure the purpose of the resources. Assure the implementation and development to the BTL initiatives in HET channel based mainly in objectives like Sell-In & Sell-Out and the performance of the strategic brands, (Increase caused by switch from competition brands pushed by the wholesaler staff). Experience: 3-5 years in likewise position - Trade Marketing Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Number Analysis Skills, Team Work Skills, Presentation Skills. Experience in commercial area (At least 2 years) Knowledge in the design/execution of commercial programs. Budget management experience (preferred) Database management Information analysis (High capacity)
