As People Engagement (PE) Executive, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of an internal communications strategy, the analysis of employee engagement surveys, the execution of initiatives to drive employee engagement and the management of external vendors. You will the get the opportunity to work with regional and global teams as we continue to build a focused and energized organization and deliver on our mission of a smoke-free future. You will support the planning, development, and delivery of effective, engaging, and high-quality internal communications to stakeholders across the organization as we build out a consumer and employee centric corporate culture. As we embrace a hybrid way of working, you will deliver communications and experiences that drive engagement whether online or in-person. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Create engaging and effective content across a variety of communications channels including intranet, email, digital signage, Yammer, and presentations to keep employees informed, connected, and engaged • Support key processes to manage the company intranet including editorial calendar planning, content authoring, editing, publishing, and archiving • Track and report on meaningful metrics regarding engagement to assist channel development • Support event and content planning for quarterly Town Hall meetings and other company gatherings • Plan and facilitate Internal Engagement activities for employees that foster understanding and support for the Company's smoke-free vision and integrate principles of Inclusion & Diversity • Develop, implement, and analyze internal employee surveys and other measurement tools to ensure that the Company's communications and engagement needs are effectively addressed. • Manage external vendor relationships. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 3-5 years of experience in an internal communications/engagement role • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint and Microsoft Teams as collaboration tools • A flair for creating compelling content, strong project and time management skills, and experience establishing KPIs, monitoring analytics, and reporting on outcomes • Proven relationship-building and influencing skills and the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels to participate in initiatives • Innovative mindset that enjoys change and driving improvements • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to actively listen • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and video editing an asset • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset WHO WE ARE We are Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc., Philip Morris International’s subsidiary in Canada.
