Your ‘day to day’: Responsible for coordinating and planning the deployment strategy of Combustible Cigarettes (CC) and Reduced Risk Products (RRPs) on modern trade, to enable a sustainable business development platform for PMI and Key Accounts. Accountable for understanding the shopper mission, to create a strategic & successful category management approach. Responsible for creating and developing an effective communication channel within Key Accounts team and rest of HQ & Field Sales Force areas. Major accountabilities: • Lead and coordinate projects in both categories (CC & RRP's) to assure the best execution on modern trade. • Lead, acquire and manage resources for strategic initiatives implementation on modern trade, to face market challenges and continue improving Share of Market performance. • Support our negotiation strategies for commercial & logistic agreements aligned with business strategies and a category management approach, to maximize value from our business. • Manage resources and budgets, such as Allowances, TME and OVH´s; with a continuous process of prioritization to invest resources to satisfying the customer/consumer needs. • Become the central player between KA and other PMI areas through efficient and timely communication and collaboration that results in end-to-end unity of purpose and attainment of common business goals. • Seek for consumer and customer insights that provide a better knowledge and decisions in commercial boards. Provide analysis of balanced Gives and Gets, account roles and support the design plans to have a positive impact in P&L on Key Accounts. Who we’re looking for: • 5 + years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing or Strategic Consulting • Key Accounts management and resource administration. • Project Management skills. • Category Management skills. • People Activator skills. • Advanced Excel and presentation skills • Fluent English and Spanish What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
