If you’re a forecaster and forward-thinker, you can make a huge impact, creating sales strategies across all markets. But, here, your innovation will do more than just improving sales. You’re not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand. Your ‘day to day’: Lead and develop the main accounts under the Key Accounts channel (Responsible for 37% of PMI's nationwide volume). Design and implement strategies to generate sell out volume & SOM growth. Seek for resources optimization in distribution models and negotiation of agreements with the assigned accounts. 1. Ensure the programs, strategic plans, sales, and new product launch activities are done through territory executives in accordance with plans and objectives, maintaining full communication and coordination with the rest of the sales teams. 2. Implement critical thinking, to craft, develop and implement strategic and tactical actions in the channel with the aim to meet and strive to surpass all the key indicators such as Volume, Share of Market, Availability, LOGD, OI, DOI & DSO. 3. Own the sales budget controlling process supporting the function in order to guarantee the accurate allocation of the resources and providing information that allows commercial decision-making process 4. Handle to define and restructure the best coverage according to channel strategy, allocating available resources optimally. 5. Ensure prioritization to increase channel profitability through periodical expenses and budget control, brand marginal contribution evolution, portfolio income control and the minimization of past due invoices. Who we’re looking for: • A minimum of a university degree in Business, Commercial, Economics, Engineering, or similar. • Confirmed experience of 5 years in sales or commercial areas • Proven knowledge and experience managing business relationships accounts in modern channel (Supermarkets, Convenience Stores) • Solid understanding of modern channel. • Validated personal leadership, communication and negotiation skills are required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office. • Advanced English level is preferred. • Strong problem solving and decision-making skill.
