So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in different directions. “Your day to day” - Contribute to the continuous improvement driven iteration of the process. - Support the prioritisation of product backlog and the construction of associated user stories and success metrics. - Support the analysis of Process insights, user adoption and employee behavioural trends with relevant partners to inform backlog & prioritisation. - Support the creation and maintenance of the process catalogue, process design, standards and policies and associated knowledge management. - Develop process related training materials and deliver training. - Contribute and support the development of project plans, success measures, templates, standards and tools against agreed KPIs. - Support the re-design of the service delivery on any Product iteration impacting delivery. - Provide insights on vendors in terms of performance against agreed KPIs and service levels and budget reporting. - Consolidate and analyze feedback on stakeholder, employee and consumer experience of using the processes and products to drive continuous improvement. Who we’re looking for -Fluent English, excellent communication and presentation skills. - 2+ years in compensation / total rewards. - Experience of product management and innovation. - Compensation knowledge. - Data gathering – ability to absorb multiple sources of insights (EX, Tech, Delivery) based on which provide insights to determine the direction of the product. - Good prioritization skills. - Creative thinking - ability to explore various solutions to address specific customer problems and build product features with user experience guidance. - Good analytics skills. - Excellent Collaboration, Customer centricity, experimental mindset.
