The general purpose of this role is to provide reports and services to internal customers and stakeholders within the framework of supply chain, including process automation and improvement. The role covers reporting, analysis, and maintenance of information used for supply chain activities involving warehousing, transportation, Sales & Operations Planning and program delivery. • Support and provide reports to Sales and Operations Planning leaders which includes gathering of data from various sources from markets and systems, and generating reports using actual sales volumes, monthly and annual sales forecasts and bias information, demand and supply review, cycle governance • Support and provide relevant reports and accurate information on program delivery activities • Manage inventory and transportation activities by providing accurate, updated and timely reports on inventory tracking files and dashboards • Create power point presentations and Power BI dashboards from the data gathered for weekly and monthly operational meetings • Act on issue identified in the process by providing a work around to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management) • Perform knowledge transfers, handbook documentation and confirmation with the affiliate on the process related to migration of services and new affiliates • Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures.
