JOIN US! • A candidate with a bachelor’s degree in in Supply Chain, Trade, Economics or other relevant • A person with at least 2-3 years’ work experience handling a supply chain, procurement, finance, or commercial function • A proficient English speaker with magnificent interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written) who can describe business requirements – to Customer and Developers • A person with good level of MS Excel (using advanced functions for the purpose of data comparisons/validation) • A candidate with significant knowledge of SAP; experience with BI-related software applications (Power BI or similar) would be an asset • A problem solver with attention to details and high analytical skills • A candidate with self-managing and organizational skills, who is able to work within virtual teams across all regions of the organization (experience in working in international environment is a plus) WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Sodexo lunch card • Hybrid model work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program with various benefits • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? The general purpose of this role is to provide reports and services to internal customers and stakeholders within the framework of supply chain, including process automation and improvement. The role covers reporting, analysis, and maintenance of information used for supply chain activities involving warehousing, transportation, Sales & Operations Planning and program delivery. • Support and provide reports to Sales and Operations Planning leaders which includes gathering of data from various sources from markets and systems, and generating reports using actual sales volumes, monthly and annual sales forecasts and bias information, demand and supply review, cycle governance • Support and provide relevant reports and accurate information on program delivery activities • Manage inventory and transportation activities by providing accurate, updated and timely reports on inventory tracking files and dashboards • Create power point presentations and Power BI dashboards from the data gathered for weekly and monthly operational meetings • Act on issue identified in the process by providing a work around to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management) • Perform knowledge transfers, handbook documentation and confirmation with the affiliate on the process related to migration of services and new affiliates • Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures.
