Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. Role Mission The Indirect Sales Expert National Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational effectiveness & performance of the Sales Expert that are working with our main tobacconist partners, advising directly our consumers (B2B2C). You will be also responsible to lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The Indirect Sales Expert National Lead would be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for the team, and for providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to help team members develop their skills and improve their performance. The team leader would also be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to achieve their individual and team goals. Based in Madrid, the Indirect Sales Expert National Lead role provides the proper assessment and implementation of a strong leadership and guidance to the Coordinators and Sales Expert, to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction, and to contribute to the overall success of the business. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead the team of Indirect Sales Experts on a national level Motivate, coach, and develop team coordinators to help them reach their potential and achieving their objectives and different monthly MasxMas targets Ensure the best user experience possible, in each phase of the consumer journey Share best-practice and proactively look for different initiatives that drive the sales channel Ensure the implementation of New Training and Operational policies, also updating often. This includes new hires On-boarding employees Impulse, spread and guarantee that the values of PMI are properly internalized among the team Work closely with consumer activation manager within market to define the overall strategy. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver end-to-end process controls for operations manly with B2B team to ensure complete alignment of the salesforce/points of sale. Work closely with the coordinators to ensure the sales targets & monthly performance, implement actions plans to ensure the objectives achievement Ensure all key communications are cascaded to Sales Experts to in a timely manner to enable clear and communications & ensure the communications contents Ensure weekly operational meeting with the coordinators to check the region status Daily Analyze all the sales evolution form the team to ensure corrective action is taken in the event of any deviations detected to improve the qualitative & quantity KPIs performance, track, monitor, and assessment of KPIs to drive a growth. Observe market & competitor behaviors, provide insights, and highlight new business opportunities that may imply expansion or deep changes, proposing the necessary actions and investment to carry them. Support the execution and coordination of market activation initiatives where sales input and activity is required, working with marketing, merchandising, planning, finance etc Foster a work environment based on respect, collaboration, and fairness that drives high engagement and enablement.
