The Commercial Team has a direct impact on our new mission: converting smokers to our ground-breaking, smoke-free products. They’re at the forefront of our total transformation as we roll out new business partners and new products. Your ‘day to day’ tasks • Ensure excellent execution of commercial initiatives and the efficient use of all allocated resources across the indirect retail universe of assigned territory (Limassol – Larnaca) • Achieve availability and visibility of multi-category PMI products • Analyze own territory, identify market opportunities, develop and roll out specific action plans for all trade categories • Achieve productive business relationships with retailers; activate, educate and motivate retailer partners and retail employees aiming to boost collaboration with PM CY • Monitor and analyze all relevant market information to maintain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned territory and support business decisions Who we’re looking for • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or relevant field • 1- 3 years of working experience in Field Sales/Commercial roles • A confident and positive attitude, focused on strong collaboration and positive influence • Advanced problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to present complex concepts across the organization and make data-driven decisions • Consumer Centric Mindset • Adept use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Ability to work within a complex and international environment • Fluency in English and Greek • Valid driving license What we offer A competitive remuneration and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate, including, but no limited to: • 13 Payroll Instalments • Life Insurance • Pension Plan • Employee Psychological/Well-being support Join us and be part of an inclusive, diverse culture, where everyone’s contribution is respected.
