As the Trade Activation Specialist, you will be responsible of the design, build and deployment of trade activities purposed to improve performance and engagement of retail partners within the General Trade segment of Indirect channels. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Propose/build multi-platform brand initiatives including design of mechanics, scope, supporting legal documents, budgets, and others. • Gather regional feedback on the development of trade programs, ensuring bottom-up knowledge and expertise is incorporated into the design and deployment of initiatives. • Content creation for physical/digital assets required for execution of initiatives. • Lead projects that add value to the organization by improving existing processes and/or developing new tools. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional project key stakeholders to ensure superior execution deployment. • Support Lead Trade Activation in building and maintaining an accurate and transparent Trade Activation Calendar that outlines all trade initiatives and activities for our Products. • Monitor of Territory Management Budgets and responsible for the review and approval of trade payments to retail trade partners nationally. • Develop requirements for program performance and KPI reporting in conjunction with the Commercial Intelligence team for the purpose of deriving actionable insights and analytics for decision making. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • A bachelor’s degree/College diploma in a related field (e.g., economics, business, etc). • 3-5 years in commercial experience (sales, trade marketing, commercial planning) in a CPG company • Exceptional planning and project management experience. • Budget Management Skills. • Strong collaborative communication and teamwork skills • Excel Skills WHO WE ARE We are Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc., Philip Morris International’s subsidiary in Canada.
