We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Events Executive to join our Commercial team. This new position will play a critical role in managing and executing all organisation wide events, trade events, conferences and client engagement (This includes budgeting, leading and managing external agencies to deliver in line with business expectations). Please note the official position title is Organisational & Trade Events Executive. Your ‘day to day’: As the Organisational & Trade Events Executive, you will be responsible for: External (Seek/PMI Careers ONLY): • End-to-end management and coordination of Internal and External events (Trade Events, Conference and Client Engagement) including but not limited to managing budget and project plan; • Program development and engagement of industry partners and stakeholders; • Acting as main point of contact to manage event suppliers, tenders, contractual arrangements and ongoing liaison; • Building and maintaining effective relationships with relevant stakeholders; • Identifying innovative and engaging opportunities for unique events to increase brand exposure and add value to the business; • Ensuring all appropriate approvals and requirements are met from internal and external stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who has: • Tertiary Qualification - Minimum undergraduate degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications; • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and Field management in a Commercial environment; • Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders; • Advanced PC in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook); • Proven prioritisation and time management skills Join PMI and you too can: • Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
