Philip Morris Management Services is looking for a dedicated Manager IT Consumer Platform to join the IT team in Dubai. As a Manager IT Consumer Platform, you will be managing B2C and B2B2C Digital platforms and ensure development of an omni-channel consumer digital landscape that address all relevant acquisition and retention stages of consumer journey aligned with global strategies and market needs. Also, responsible and accountable to manage all the consumer facing IT capabilities in the markets. Your ‘day to day’: • To act as the organizational authority on analyzing the scope and the context of short-term and long-term business requirements that IT solutions must meet. Alignment of business requirements with IT Strategy. Evaluating business requirements critically, to support transformation agenda and to maximize resources for initiatives that adds most value • Project Governance: Operate within Project Based Organization framework for decisions making and stakeholder relationships management. Ensure project compliance and adoption of effective Project Management practices by IT and business community. • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Act as a business partner to key internal customers. By developing effective working relationships to ensure that stakeholder needs, and concerns are met. • Manage a significant IT BAU/Operation and security area for the Consumer and Commercial organizations to create the highest level of efficiency possible within that area • Budgeting and Cost Management: Planning, monitoring, and controlling cost throughout the lifecycle of a project. Developing a solid project Business Case in collaboration with the business stakeholders and understanding the relevant financial concepts and mechanisms • Identify new trends in technology and digital, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing. Coordinate development of on-line solutions and adaption to PMI realities to tap into new communication trends • Coach, motivate, develop, and guide the team of employees; set challenging objectives and evaluate their performance level. Enable effective cross departmental moves and co-projects to contribute to Philip Morris's talent development strategies. Who we’re looking for: • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/ Information Systems/ Engineering / Digital would be an advantage • You have 10+ years of experience in IT in a large multinational company with proven record of experience in IT Leadership role • Experience in Domain of Commercial, Consumer, e-Commerce, Retail solutions would be an advantage • Business acumen in commercial processes and Business processes design experience are required • Project Management experience with agility • Outstanding knowledge of IT solutions and service management and support, Digital or Data capabilities, Information analysis or computer software systems • ITIL Service Manager certified / or equivalent would be an advantage • Understanding of General IT Controls process would be an advantage • Understanding of Cybersecurity requirements for Consumer facing IT / Digital solutions would be an advantage.
