We are looking for a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead who will work in İstanbul. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives. • Drive organization’s digital transformation initiatives in Supply Chain processes and its’ connections to Commercial, Sales and Finance operations • Evaluate and implement digital tools and technologies to streamline operations, such as inventory management systems, demand forecasting tools, and transportation optimization software. • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate digital solutions into existing systems and processes. • Lead identification, evaluation and prioritization of digital transformation opportunities across various business functions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges and identify innovative digital solutions to address them and independently take over and coordinate projects within the department as well as cross-functional projects in consideration of the service partners. • Develop and manage the digital transformation roadmap, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations. What are we looking for? • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • A degree in engineering with relevant focus and practical experience in supply chain, logistics, process management similar. • At least 5 years of experience (preferably supply chain, logistics, process & project management etc.) • Change management expertise, with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and drive cultural change. • Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and trends, assess their relevance and potential impact on the organization, and make recommendations for adoption. • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) as well as experience with an analysis tool such as Power BI. • Excellent English Language skills • Strategic vision, analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and a customer-oriented approach with a drive for innovation characterize you. • Strong organization skills and hands-on mentality, coupled with a structured, independent as well as team-oriented approach to work.
