The Commercial Planning Analyst will ensure effective planning, developing, coordinating and execution of Commercial Programs in coordination with the various teams i.e. Commercial Deployment, Portfolio and Consumer Experience. They will set a clear direction to achieve systematic integration of all activation, programs, marketing, channel execution activities to deliver optimum consumer satisfaction. The Commercial Planning Analyst will be accountable to deliver timely and accurate KPIs tracking to optimize performance and execution while providing actionable insights for stakeholders, relevant dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis. They will guarantee the timely execution of the omni-channel commercial strategy, enabling Commercial teams to focus mainly on consumers or on commercial partners, and supporting Commercial Heads in making informed strategic and operational decisions. Your ‘day to day’: • Deep understanding on the current consumer/ trade partner's pain points and needs to co-design together with Commercial Heads for a program solution that aims to deliver growth of consumables volume • Contribute to the development of consumer / trade program mechanics through close collaboration with the various Commercial functions. Plan and manage cycle planning activities, timelines, calendar and KPI measurements to ensure sustainability and effectiveness of the program. • Ensure timely and efficient implementation of the approved plan through clear communication of plans to all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective rollout. • Prepare documents and minutes of the meetings, store and track meeting minutes and follow up actions. Clear calendar of expected milestones for submitting updates and management reviews. • Usage of the right data and translate it into a vital business information with the main purpose to drive performance. The usage of the reporting and analysis should empower the channels and stakeholders to make conscious decision that favors our business goals. Ensuring timeliness and relevancy on existing efficiency check, program performance and other supporting report • Perform projects evaluation for business initiatives to determine causality, significance, business impact or implications and developing advice or recommendations: including the identification of new opportunities to enhance volume performance and value creation. Perform close-loop analysis on plan performance to determine what worked and what didn't and implement changes accordingly • Assist in cost/benefit reviews for all strategic initiatives and provide other ad-hoc analysis as needed • Proactively drive, coordinate, and support all horizontal and vertical streams to define the right mechanics for every program to be activated within the channel in an effective manner to support growth in business objective. With strong channel and business fundamentals, express ideas and input with the intention to drive strong business call to action. • Ensure budget unification (volume and commercial investment), strategic reviews and management updates. Ensure that budgets are managed efficiently, support the channel to project accurate financial submission to our stakeholders based on the timeline • Be responsible for the PO process: Assist the business with PO coding to ensure the correct allocation of cost, and PO / contracts approval. Contract management: Manage commercial contract lifecycles, including renewal and terminations. • Apply the highest standards of integrity and full compliance with all applicable laws and PMI Principles & Practices across the organization to support long term sustainability of PM business. Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor's degree with major in Business Admin or Business Management. Other relevant Degrees can also be considered that relates to the fields of Marketing/ Commerce or equivalent to it. • Legally authorized to work in the US. • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, specifically in consumer good sectors, supporting sales or marketing arms. Additional value for role that supports channel planning. • Strong ability to connect consumer needs into business objective. • Relentlessly seeking new value for our consumer / trade. • Continuously finding opportunity to transform learning into business opportunity. • Strong collaboration across levels and functions. • Microsoft Office savvy, especially Excel and Powerpoint. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven exposure in project management environment with good problem-solving skills.
