About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI’s team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa. Who we’re looking for Essential experience and qualifications • Degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or social sciences, ideally with a focus on marketing, market research, psychology or a comparable course of study. • Fluent level of English & Spanish (both oral and written). • You ideally have some practical experience in market research, marketing or in the fields of statistics, social research, media research or strategic consulting. • You have interest and exceptional understanding of data. • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). What are nice to have • You have holistic, strategic thinking, like to show initiative, and enjoy working independently. • Passionate about connecting the dots, providing support on delivery of consumer centric insights. • You are an excellent team player and enjoy working in an international environment. • Power BI knowledge (comfort with databases’ management). • Some knowledge of Portuguese. Responsibilities “Your day to day” • As part of the internship, you will be part of numerous quantitative and qualitative market research projects for PMI brands. • You will be involved in the following areas: - creation of briefings (to cover the needs or the different stakeholders) as well as in the communication with market research agencies. - development of questionnaires and discussion guides. - analysis of data using internal extraction tools. - consolidation of key learnings; development and optimization of reports, as well as the development of strategic and 'consumer-centric' recommendations for action. - maintenance of standard research tools on a monthly basis, making sure that processes are respected and deliverables are in line with stakeholders expectations. - closely cooperate with market research agencies Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
