PURPOSE OF THE JOB As a Manager Treasury PM Finance, you will be a member of PMI’s Group Finance Company, and responsible for all aspects related to centralized liquidity management, as well as foreign exchange & interest rate risk management, from strategy definition to execution. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Manage the execution of foreign exchange, cash & debt management activities through the company’s cash pooling arrangements, commercial paper programs and credit facilities. • Manage the company’s global FX and interest rate risks by pro-actively developing and proposing hedging strategies, in close coordination with global and regional treasury teams, as well as other relevant stakeholders within the Group. • Actively evaluate economic and financial market trends in PMI’s major markets, specifically in relation to potential exchange rate and interest rate risk developments. • Run projects and consult with regional treasury centers and affiliates on a wide range of topics including the selection of banking partners, cash and FX management, borrowing and investment decisions or any other banking operations. • Ensure effective reviews of various management and regulatory reports, as well as the treasury and business aspects of certain agreements. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • University degree in Finance and/or Economics, or equivalent • 10+ years of proven experience in a bank or within the treasury or finance department in a multinational company • Very good understanding of financial institutions, markets and hedging instruments • Excellent team player • Drive for results, as well as enthusiasm to learn & develop • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated capacity to organize and prioritize work to meet challenging goals in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) • Good system skills, full command of Microsoft Office tools and Bloomberg the minimum requirements WHAT WE OFFER: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
