We are looking for a Regional Facilities Supervisor who will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of facilities and general services for Central America and the Caribbean, manage the direct and indirect team under his/her charge, including the positions of Facilities Coordinator CAM and CAR. Management of maintenance contractors and general services, budget control and assets under their charge such as facilities, warehouses, offices, fixed assets and foreign centers. Experience in remodeling and construction of facilities. Support to other departments in projects and day-to-day work, improvements to the facility and fulfillment of tasks and requests from internal clients. Improvement and implementation of documentation and procedures. Accountabilities: -Provide to all PMI CARICAM employees optimal facility conditions and general services (warehouses, offices and workplace as general) in terms of quality and cost efficiency that ensures functionality and stimulation in compliance with the company’s P&Ps and international regulations. -Project management: analyze, plan, coordinate, and execute new projects related to construction, remodeling, and warehouses/ offices relocation in order to ensure their implementation on schedule with the required quality within the approved budget. -Budget administration and control. -Analyze the location needs and propose quality and cost-efficient solutions for the administration of architectural services, civil projects and buildings facilities. Guarantee subsequent execution and continuous follow up to enhance asset life extension throughout the years. -EHS: Promote and support the practices, behaviors and initiatives to improve all the EHS&S components, and ensure that all employees under his/her supervision understand and execute the standards and polices of EHS&S at PMI. -Control the inventory level of general spare parts (cleaning, hardware materials, etc) by controlling its rotation and value. The responsibility includes: planning, buying and proposing new spare parts to be included in the inventory, leveraging on MRP management and its continuous update. Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any other related field. • 5+ years of experience in similar positions or Facilities roles. • 5+ years of experience developing of projects, managing teams, facilities services and maintenance of equipments. • 4+ years of experience leading teams. • Advanced English level. • Experience using SAP, MS Project & AutoCAD.
