The opportunity This person will support the Logistics & Distribution team on key daily initiatives and projects with aim to improve and development omnichannel distribution and reverse logistics. As Logistics & Distribution Internship, you will contribute to all internal initiatives, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, helping us to continuously transform our business towards a consumer centric organization. You’ll be challenged to contribute with innovative ideas and work collaboratively not only with your team, but the entire organization. Your daily tasks • Troubleshooting and continuous communication with our omnichannel field sales force • Stock analysis for our different services and channels, ensuring reliability among different systems • Helping the team on the daily tasks such as third-party management, services analysis, KPIs developments and monitoring • Supporting on apps and services developments (our lending service is expanding and needs a full-on creative mind) • Continuous improvements on service level and processes By gathering these insights you'd be translating the findings into action and help us to continuously transform our business towards a consumer centric organization. Who we’re looking for • University Degree preferably in Management, Engineering, Economics or similar. • Good communication and collaborative skills; • Customer and quality oriented; • Good Knowledge in Office tools (specially Excel); • Knowledge of other analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus; • Native Portuguese and Advanced level of English; • Strong motivation for solving key business challenges in an ever-changing business environment; • Creative skills and an action-oriented attitude; • Permit to work in Portugal.
