Your ‘day to day’ Responsible for leading all aspects of the successful execution and implementation of marketing & trade marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure that strategies are optimally translated into practical plans and deliverables. 1. Lead and coordinate all our portfolio deployment, always ensuring that activities are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with the overall marketing objectives to generate value on every strategy. 2. Deployment of projects such as: Visibility Executions, CCs Portfolio initiatives, Consumer CDA Strategies, Global Sustainability Initiatives, Trade Deployment & processes standardization for Ecuador, Perú & Venezuela, and new launches portfolios in the market. 3. Brand Implementation: Collaborate & Cocreate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives & consumer needs to support accurate long term brand sustainability & Brand critical metrics such as Share of Market. 4. Translate marketing strategies into tactical plans and implement them optimally through a deep interaction with the Sales Teams, Commercial Planning, Commercial Tools, Marketing, IT, Logistics & Finance, and Cluster. Who we’re looking for: - A minimum of a university degree in Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, and/or Marketing, or similar - At least 4 years of confirmed experience in Commercial background in Marketing or trade marketing, campaign management or project coordination. - Knowledge and experience with marketing principles, including branding, messaging, and campaign development. - Validated experience with events coordination and organization: consumer and trade Activations, trade implementation, consumer and client orientation. - Project Management /Agile ways of working - Effective communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills. - Advanced English level is required, capable of maintaining conversations on daily basis. - Collaborate and apply a global mindset - delivering strong results in closer partnership across work areas.
