Data Modeler

***This position can be located in Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, or Dominican Republic*** As a Data Modeler, you will be part of Data & Solutions team of Philip Morris CARICAM and will play a key role in model the data for the Data Warehouse, raise and validate the business rules with the different commercial teams and ensure alignment with the Data Lake. Key accountabilities: • Model the data that will assemble the data warehouse complying with the business rules • Data sources mapping • Standardize data and calculation formulas for the new data model • Application and documentation of business rules • Data validation • Keep your work team informed, anticipate possible risks and generate contingency plans to minimize them • Detect opportunities in the process to communicate them and ensure that the process always has best practices applied. Who we’re looking for: • University degree Information Technologies, Informatics, or related field • 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse Data Modeling • SQL Experience • Experience in design, implementation, and documentation of data architectures • Knowledge in Amazon Redshift and Power BI • Experience in agile methodologies, desirable Scrum certification • Experience to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
