YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position you are the business partner to all key commercial stakeholders, helping to identify risks and opportunities through deep understanding of the business and market environment. • Coordinate and analyze market data focusing on internal & external information to prepare underlying assumptions for planning and budgeting scenarios • You will support your manager and the Finance Director with preparation of key business presentations for the top management • You provide profound (end-to-end) business cases for all major market initiatives by balancing a commercial/financial and consumer-focused mindset • We work closely together with category managers to help identify risks & opportunities to be shared with the management team • You will support your manager in establishing and optimizing business partnering model within the organization YOUR PROFILE: • A College/University degree within a relevant field (Finance, Sales or Marketing) • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience with focus Commercial/Marketing/Finance • You have first experience in managing cross-functional projects as well as in regular business analysis, incl. data interpretation and visualization • You have a proactive and customer-oriented approach to work as well as strong analytical skills, strong technical understanding and comprehension of complex issues • You are a structured personality with an affinity for numbers as well as results and an independent and out of the box thinking way of working • Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel • Fluent in English, additional knowledge of German would be a plus INTERESTED?
