Your DAY TO DAY As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be; · In charge for deployment, integration, and support of locally and globally developed/managed IT solutions for the commercial and consumer applications · Act as Service Manager and/or Service Integrator for country differentiating (specific) applications · Partnering with key business stakeholders, evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement · Clearly define deliverables, timelines and dependencies for team members, external consultants, and internal key stakeholders · Facilitate deployment of new functional modules according to business requirements · Coordinate external consultants, vendors, and internal project teams during project execution · Maintain active contact and communication with key business stakeholders and provide advice on business matters having IT implications, to achieve competitive advantage and facilitate business development · Promote and share the global IT portfolio and offer differentiated consumer experience solutions tackling specific market/local needs · Contribute into IT Transformation through evaluation of the most cutting-edge tech solutions being focused on experimentation, delivering and piloting of MVPs as well as manage proper industrialization of newly built solutions (including industrialization, deployment, and post- implementation support) · Ensure adherence to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by leading the assessment and implementation of IT Security requirements to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information as (to be) processed, stored, retained in IT systems · Ensure IT expenditures, including capital expenditures are properly documented, budgeted, and approved in line with local and PMI requirements, and regularly carry out budget controls and cost projections during the year to ensure availability of funds & avoid budget overspending WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR · Required experience • 5+ years of experience in IT Systems Deployment/Operations role. Experience with FMCG or Consulting an added advantage. • Technical know-how with API integration, Cloud Computing and Mobile/Web apps across B2B and B2C pillars. • Solid experience in IT service integration and service delivery • Solid understanding of the consumer/customer journey and the tools facilitating (CRM, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Loyalty solutions, PSP/LSP, identity, and age validation/verification services) • High-level understanding of cloud services architecture (AWS) • Salesforce DC (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud), ITIL Certified, Project Management Certified, AGILE Framework, Digital Marketing experience experience would be an advantage · General Qualifications • Proven track records in leading changes and continuous improvements • Solid leadership capabilities and practical people management experience • Experience with collaborating with cross-functions and managing 3rd party supplier • Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical thinking capabilities and ability to address business challenges and opportunities with customer focus • Critical thinking by connecting the dots combined with technical “know-how” to propose the decision to support the business decisions • Creative approach to problem solving • Digital savviness • Excellent communication skills • Good teamwork and collaboration
