YOUR TASKS: - Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, programs and NBA initiatives across multiple channels such as CRM/email marketing, IQOS Club, e-commerce, customer care, direct/indirect retail, etc. to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement. - Guide the process from setting KPIs in close collaboration with category planning to ROI with business and investment partnerships and ensure Customer Experience evaluation as required. - Responsibility for providing clarity within the organization to understand the "conversion rate to risk reduced products" of each marketing initiative across different channels / audiences, acquisition costs and return on investment (ROI) of each marketing initiative and establish Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) as the key KPI for customer engagement. - Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance results and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement and suggest optimization strategies. This includes recommendations for campaign adjustments, targeting improvements, messaging improvements and budget allocations. - Responsible for conducting A/B testing , evaluating the impact of various marketing tactics and using data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and improve overall performance. YOUR PROFILE: - Business Degree in economics and relevant practical experience in the FMCG industry or comparable - 5-7 years of experience in marketing performance management and/or consumer insights - Good understanding of commercial route-to-market and channel roles in CX - Strong presentation skills & analytical understanding - Ability to work in a team and strong stakeholder relations skills - Fluent English, German language skills are an advantage Do you want to be part of this transformation?
