Joining Product & Operations IT Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, nimble & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting state of the art and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 5+ years of professional experience in IT Delivery or Technology Consulting • 5+ years of experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities • Ability to independently manage several tasks simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines • Working knowledge of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP and experience with tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) • Strong English communication & presentation skills • Highly collaborating and inclusive behaviour • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Automation & Robotics, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Ability to lead customer facing workshops and meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts Nice to have: • Understanding of manufacturing processes and practices (Make2Sell, Make2Stock, Lean, Loss Reduction, Demand Planning and Scheduling, Factory Logistic, etc.), and reference models (ISA-95, RAMI 4.0, etc. ) • Exposure and Knowledge with GxP processes & FDA requirements (Computerized System Validation) • Working knowledge of OT-IT Integrations Including PLCs, SCADA with ERP & MES Systems, edge devices, data aggregators, and/or historian systems WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Participate in the design, development and implementation of IT solutions based on Industrial IoT Platform products, according to architectural standards and roadmaps within the Manufacturing domain • Analyse business requirements, recommend solutions, and indicate implications and outcomes of proposed design and be able to translate them to user stories • Participate with architects and solution manager in assessing new technologies - Implement solutions consistent with overall technical guidelines • Challenge business requirements to find optimal solution in terms of fulfilling business needs, system standardization and technologies used • Work with local, global, and external partners to improve the maturity and reliability of the services • Working with remote multi-cultural teams • Contribute to roadmap definition, continuous improvement of solution operations and the speed in delivery of capabilities and innovation • Provide input and support budget & vendor management activities Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
