In this position you will ensure that the commercial capability development strategy of the market is aligned with our business strategy and needs. You will ensure excellence in execution of the strategy and initiatives supporting the development of functional skills and competencies in the commercial function. Your ‘day to day’ Evaluate and identify critical current and anticipated development needs in our Commercial organization and propose holistic development strategy to bridge the gaps. Propose strategic solutions, and design – with the guidance of People & Culture and Commercial Managers and PMI Global standards – the market’s Commercial Organization Development strategy addressing the talent & organizational development needs of the affiliate. Drive and guide implementation of Commercial Organization Training strategy. Ensure excellence in execution of all commercial capability building programs and initiatives, including selection and management of third-party providers as well as facilitation of internal programs and initiatives. Ensure co-ordination with local / cluster / PMI Central Function teams during the design and implementation of all commercial training & development initiatives at the market. Proactively identify areas to enhance development practices for Commercial organization. Continuously stay up to date with new development / adult learning trends and actively build-in these to our commercial development approach. Monitor efficiency of development activities and tools and propose improvements. Who we’re looking for At least 3-5 years of experience in HR/P&C; capability building; training; coaching; sales & marketing; or project management position Fluency in Hungarian AND English University or college degree A L&D background with solid experience in performance management, talent management and leadership development initiatives Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills Networking and relationship building skills including experience of working with and influencing diverse stakeholder groups Good organizational and project management skills Independent, strategic thinking What we offer You will find that our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, many learning opportunities, and the possibility to express your potential with experimentation.
