We are currently looking for a Direct Retail Lead to join our team. You will be in charge of managing and ensuring good execution of Commercial strategy by frontliners. This role is based in Casablanca and will report to the Supervisor Direct Retail. Your ‘responsibilities’ • Implement retail guidelines to be shared with Store Operator (e.g. operational process, commercial initiatives, consumer programs); • Monitor and Assess Retail KPIs to be shared with Store Operators, PM IT Management and PMI (e.g. sales, initiatives, mystery, NPS, stock) • In-store assessment in order to observe and improve KPIs • Support management in designing strategic framework for Brand Retail new openings • Establish an effective communication platform between KAs and PMI internal teams. • Create territory strategies based on the regular analysis (related to brands and consumers, competition, trade channels dynamics, sales fundamentals, coverage and investment, Mall/ Department profile, zones behavior and evolution) • Continuously monitoring the market and gather the insights and developments in brand channel in line with brand regional strategy. • Support management in Brand Retail budget tracking and reporting; • Quality of processes: Guarantee the correct execution, of all service, logistics and inventory • Management process, towards the customers and on the backend of the retail ecosystem. • Contribute in implementing projects aimed to improve digital presence of Brand Retail; • Acquisition programs and promotions: Maximize the implementation of acquisition programs (MGM, lending…) and promotions, guaranteeing the processes, scripts and correct implementations. • Train the teams ( Sales experts ) provide and support a healthy working environment and constructive collaboration among the Team members Who we’re looking for: • Solid experience both back office (Budgeting and Reporting) and field (direct interaction with consumer) • Solid experience in brand retail operations would be an advantage • Learning and change agility. • Organizational and Problem-solving skills. • Communication and Team collaboration spirit. • Fluency in English & French both written & spoken.
