Our new portfolio of smoke-free products (SFP) requires a consumer-centric commercialization approach. Innovation needs explanation and the best place to do that is at the place where people by their products, the shop floor. We work together with a network of retail partners to ensure their adult smoker shoppers will get the best explanation and advice on our smoke-free portfolio. Our field force of Consumer Executives will provide instore shopper engagement at our top tobacco & vape retailers. We plan to extend our scope and are looking for a Supervisor to lead a regional team of Consumer Executives. Within this position you can develop leadership skills in both strategic planning as well as organizational management. Responsibilities of the role: • Be part of the Consumer Field Force Team and contribute to building our SFP adult user base through B2C at specialized tobacco & vape retail • Define & achieve targets in your region by letting adult smokers learn, experience and rent/buy IQOS • Manage, motivate and develop a team of 6-10 Consumer Executives and instill team spirit & collaboration • Create regional planning while interfacing with B2B-field colleagues and Field Support Executives for the external part of this planning. • Coach Consumer Executives on-the-job and guide & support them to achieve their targets • Collaborate with B2B field force and IQOS Dealers to conduct the best instore deployment • Constantly monitor results and drive improvement on personal and regional level • Support Manager Consumer Force in building a passionate, performance-driven Consumer Field Force • Instil a consumer-centric mind-set where empathy is key You: • You have +4 years of relevant commercial experience) • You are a people-person with an empathic mind-set and knows how to build 121-relationships • You get energy from team play and through commonly achieved results • You have strong communication skills and are a good motivator • You have a performance driven mindset and are eager to evaluate the results • You are a hands-on person who knows how to get things done • You have a good understanding of retailer and like to be in the field where it all happens • You speak Dutch as if it was your mother tongue What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying.
