As Sales Executive for our IQOS products, you will propose, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate commercial activities or programs in the assigned territory to increase awareness, trial, and ultimately brand adoption to support the achievement of our smoke-free product volume and market share growth in the general trade. Your ‘day to day’ Trade Relationship and Engagement • Identifies the right retailers for engagement programs thru appropriate selection and segmentation of covered Point of Sale. • Proposes trade program activities based on territory problems or opportunities • Has a strength in Account Management- acts as a reliable business consultant; knows how to spot for opportunities and can proactively persuade customers or consumers with recommendations to achieve a win-win situation Consumer Engagement / Program Management • Provides quality customer service and education to build and develop effective relationships • Strategizes where, when, and how to execute the Consumer Journey approach in conducting activation and activities • Proposes, executes, and evaluates appropriate Commercial/ consumer engagement activities based on market intelligence and identified opportunities Market Intelligence • Ensures availability of up-to-date territory information - consumer and customer profiles, preferences, purchase pattern, and other facts and figures that will be critical for analysis and providing logical conclusions • Effectively presents to higher management a deep dive analysis of territory database, along with proposed commercial plans to address territory opportunities and pain points • Connects the dots, converting data into information and actionable insights Team relation (with your counterparts in other Sales teams) • Drive achievement of volume targets and key Sales KPIs by developing, coordinating, and influencing counterpart salesmen, conventional cigarette business building executive and third-party coach Who we’re looking for • You have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in field sales and consumer engagement • You have good driving skills and you have a valid driver's license for at least a year • You have exceptional negotiation and strong analytical skills • You are tech-savvy and has excellent communication skills • You are willing to be based anywhere in the National Capital Region (NCR) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
