YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee established Acquisition & Retention programs such as referral, trade in, etc. & develop potential new, relevant programs along the consumer journey - Ensure a consistent omnichannel program integration and consumer experience - Support in the preparation of strategy development for Smoke-Free Products programs (including IQOS) and derivation of long and mid-term program strategy, including preparation of strategy presentations, business cases & result analysis - Continuous reassessment of market and customer realities, incorporating 360° feedback, field force collaboration, business intelligence and consumer experience excellence - Improve the effectiveness, efficiency and customer focus of our commercial programs - Independently conduct testing, market observations and data analysis to optimize program performance - Track goals, KPIs and survey program impacts on customer acquisition, satisfaction and ROI to ensure long-term success YOUR PROFILE: - A successfully completed degree in marketing, sales or business development or comparable field(s) of study - Relevant professional experience in the area of consumer programs/omni-channel strategy - Sensitivity to the "voice" of consumers* and transfer thinking in the implementation of an aligned UX - Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and project management know-how especially in agile ways of working - Good knowledge of our retail, supply and system landscape - Experience in translating consumer insights, market and performance insights and analytics into targeted actions - Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint & Excel - Business fluent English written and spoken, proficient German is an advantage Do you want to be part of this transformation?
